Reverting Aptos +body/+headings font back to Calibri, or using any other font

At some point in the last couple of days, the default +body/+headings font on my copy of Office 365 changed to the Aptos font. I honestly find it a bit hard to read, and I'd rather choose my default body font from a choice of whatever fonts I have installed. Failing that, I'd take Calibri again. The Aptos font reminds me a lot of

Since this affects all Office products, I can't say go into Outlook and change the stationery fonts; this doesn't impact the Reading Pane. It also wouldn't impact say Word, where I'd have to come up with my own document template to override the change. It doesn't seem to be a registry edit or template file edit, either. Is there a spot that the Aptos font can be changed?

    It totally sucks. Further, when I copy something from a new Word document with Aptos font and go to paste it into a previous document as Calibri font but with "paste as text" so that it would presumably be formatted with Calibri, it copies and formats it in as...wait for it...Times New Roman. Not kidding.

    When I copy something something from a new Excel spreadsheet with Aptos font and go to paste it into a previous spreadsheet with using Calibri font and choose "paste as text" so that it, too, would presumably be formatted with Calibri, it copies and formats it in as...drum roll... Aldhabi. Again, not kidding.

    Completely replicable and not a damn thing we can do about it, I bet.

    "File > Options > General and choose the desired font and size"

    This option does not exist in macOS Excel.

    Consider my feedback submitted, Aptos is objectively a pretty awful font...and to make it system/office default without a way to adjust for all apps in one spot is a terrible decision by MS. IMO.

    You can change back to Calibri. See the previous replies in this thread.

    Aptos is incredibly difficult to read when in the Excel formula bar, especially with symbols such as $ in the mix too. I much preferred Calibri and consider Aptos a huge backwards step.
