At some point in the last couple of days, the default +body/+headings font on my copy of Office 365 changed to the Aptos font. I honestly find it a bit hard to read, and I'd rather choose my default body font from a choice of whatever fonts I have installed. Failing that, I'd take Calibri again. The Aptos font reminds me a lot of
Since this affects all Office products, I can't say go into Outlook and change the stationery fonts; this doesn't impact the Reading Pane. It also wouldn't impact say Word, where I'd have to come up with my own document template to override the change. It doesn't seem to be a registry edit or template file edit, either. Is there a spot that the Aptos font can be changed?

I'm having an issue where when I paste text, it shows up as aptos even if the copied text is calibri. how do i prevent this from happening?
What is wrong with Microsoft. It is an upgrade or even update.
This means the version of software changes. You do not changes settings people have put in place for a reason! You don't wipe their signatures because they are going to be in cloud (yes that happened ask the 1000 users I had to deal with), you don't change apps to use edge and expect every user to know they have to go and change it back to default browser.
The frustration caused by Microsoft in past couple of years is insane! Never in my life did I think leadership would come to IT as ask... "What would it take to get away from as much Microsoft as possible" EG: Google Workspace, Linux servers and damn MacBooks. That is how bad it is. A 30 year windows environment that users want to change and IT can't blame them.
Unfortunately, I haven't seen any additional info on this yet.

Could you give us an update on Microsoft's position on this? Is this feedback on Aptos being fed back to Microsoft at all? What are their thoughts on this update and how it is affecting users? Are there any plans to roll this back?

In my office, some users have had their default fonts changed to Aptos, but my computer is still using Calibri. I created a new MS Access form with Calibri and rolled it out in a production database we are using. When others opened the form, they now have it in Aptos - and what was Calibri size 11 font in Aptos is now larger and not all of the letters fit into the labels and text boxes. I'm in the process of creating other new forms for this application. Can I expect the same thing to happen to those forms? And what about the Reports in Access?
