Reverting Aptos +body/+headings font back to Calibri, or using any other font

At some point in the last couple of days, the default +body/+headings font on my copy of Office 365 changed to the Aptos font. I honestly find it a bit hard to read, and I'd rather choose my default body font from a choice of whatever fonts I have installed. Failing that, I'd take Calibri again. The Aptos font reminds me a lot of

Since this affects all Office products, I can't say go into Outlook and change the stationery fonts; this doesn't impact the Reading Pane. It also wouldn't impact say Word, where I'd have to come up with my own document template to override the change. It doesn't seem to be a registry edit or template file edit, either. Is there a spot that the Aptos font can be changed?

    I have the same issue. I absolutely hate Aptos, and liked Calibri better. However, as you mentioned, the preview text is still in Aptos. But my issue further lies on the fact that when you reply to an email that you received with regular font, that font is Aptos, even if you set your default font to Calibri. Why did Outlook change this? Calibri was much better. When I click "Revert to Legacy Outlook," I still get the new Aptos font, instead of Calibri for everything else. Why??

    I heartily concur. I have astigmatism that doesn't bother me too much... unless I am reading a compressed type font like Arial narrow or this new abomination, Aptos.

    So there is no way to revert this for all Office applications?

    This is so wrong. Compressed fonts are very difficult to read for the 33% of the population with astigmatism.

    I don't know who is getting a big kickback for this new font but it's terrible. MS needs to change it back to a legible default font. Even the row numbers and column headers are in Aptos, which make my work more difficult,

    I don't know why I am surprised at Microsoft making things more difficult. It' what they do.

    aptos is garbage. It's a giant pain in the web-based editor to constantly change everything.

    I've taken to copying old documents and erasing the contents so things like styles are calibri not garbage.. i mean aptos.

    Even the name blows... aptos? *sigh*

    Follow instructions and run the registry file and it will turn off "Rely on system fonts only..." option across all Office products.

    You can then use Aptos with Adobe PDF.
