Reverting Aptos +body/+headings font back to Calibri, or using any other font

At some point in the last couple of days, the default +body/+headings font on my copy of Office 365 changed to the Aptos font. I honestly find it a bit hard to read, and I'd rather choose my default body font from a choice of whatever fonts I have installed. Failing that, I'd take Calibri again. The Aptos font reminds me a lot of

Since this affects all Office products, I can't say go into Outlook and change the stationery fonts; this doesn't impact the Reading Pane. It also wouldn't impact say Word, where I'd have to come up with my own document template to override the change. It doesn't seem to be a registry edit or template file edit, either. Is there a spot that the Aptos font can be changed?

    I have gone through all of the changes to Outlook, Excel, Word to make Calibri the default. When I open a new email the font is Calibri as required. Calibri shows as the themes font in the drop down menu.

    However when taking a screenshot with Greenshot and selecting Outlook from the options, it creates a new email with the screenshot in there. But the font is Aptos for some reason. It still shows Calibri as the themes font in the drop down, so I'm assuming that the Aptos font is coming from Greenshot. But the options for Greenshot are very basic and I would have expected it to just use what is set as the default in Outlook. Has anyone else had any problems with Greenshot or other apps forcing Aptos?

    Same problem here. All existing and all new documetns are using Aptos which is not even showing in the font setting as installed on my machine. This jsut happened yesterday for me in Outlook. All new outbound, all previous sends, all inbounds. With some obnoxious juistified on both sides with huge margins. Been messing with it for over an hour.

    If I "try" the new Outlook, it does not happen there, but it also does not allow me to open all my Exchange365 emails telling me I need to use a browser for the additional email addresses. Completley sucks.

    When I fo to change the settings under options, ic an only change once and the "Set as Default" button is greyed out.

    Microsoft has hijacked my Outlook. Compelte and utter BS.

    This is the version I have. It was auto-updated by my IT dept, and changed all my fonts in all Microsoft apps when it was loaded:

    Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2404 Build 16.0.17531.20120) 64-bit

    Aptos is TERRIBLE.

    Now, I'm sure others said that about Calibri when it debuted. But, seriously:

    Aptos is TERRIBLE. Please get rid of it.

    Thx for the lesson, I have banished it from all machines.
