Reverting Aptos +body/+headings font back to Calibri, or using any other font

At some point in the last couple of days, the default +body/+headings font on my copy of Office 365 changed to the Aptos font. I honestly find it a bit hard to read, and I'd rather choose my default body font from a choice of whatever fonts I have installed. Failing that, I'd take Calibri again. The Aptos font reminds me a lot of

Since this affects all Office products, I can't say go into Outlook and change the stationery fonts; this doesn't impact the Reading Pane. It also wouldn't impact say Word, where I'd have to come up with my own document template to override the change. It doesn't seem to be a registry edit or template file edit, either. Is there a spot that the Aptos font can be changed?

In my office, some users have had their default fonts changed to Aptos, but my computer is still using Calibri. I created a new MS Access form with Calibri and rolled it out in a production database we are using. When others opened the form, they now have it in Aptos - and what was Calibri size 11 font in Aptos is now larger and not all of the letters fit into the labels and text boxes. I'm in the process of creating other new forms for this application. Can I expect the same thing to happen to those forms? And what about the Reports in Access?

Sorry, I have no experience with Microsoft Access. I recommend that you start a new question in the Access category at https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_access?sort=LastReplyDate&dir=Desc&tab=All.

To force a particular font and size on all e-mails (the ones that you compose and the ones that you receive), you will have to instruct Outlook to read all mail in plain text format and then specify the desired plain text font and size in Outlook Options. This hasn't changed from previous versions of Outlook.

The font in the reading pane is determined by whatever font the sender writes their email in. You can't change the display font for received emails only ones you compose yourself.

    Thank you for all these.

However is it possible to change the font back to calibri in Access?

Aptos just doesn't work - it makes everything way harder to read.

    Thanks

For Microsoft Access, you had better ask in the Access forum at https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_access?sort=LastReplyDate&dir=Desc&tab=All.
