I challenged three charges which amounted to over £290 and was given and email to say the refund was on its way and it's never been deposited into my account. I have called the helpline SEVERAL times and have been fobbed off. Where can I lodge a formal complaint?

    I am having problems too.

I have just been on the chat about an unknown charge and sh his unable to help. Said I need to contact the commercial team. However, the numbers take me to technical support who are asking if it's a professional or personal computer issue. Its neither, its an account charge I do not recognise.

Has anyone managed to get an email address?

I keep these emails, and it does not make a difference, I still need to talk to a person, and you are providing with one.
