How can I contact the Complaints Department?

tell me why I spent 10.59 and got nothing for it.... got ez scammed...

THis is the worst update I have found in any application. My outlook email account does not receive any emails at all now other than my business contract email which has taken over my personal acct. I attempted to contact a human to resolve the issue and all I receive is either number not being in existence, or a robot, after being given a website to contact. It also keeps sending me to page which offers packages to buy the product. I have been through settings, changed rules etc to attempt to resolve this, but it is taking way too much of my time, and seriously impacting me. I can't believe such a huge global company cant have people on the ground to support me, or others, with this issue. Such poor form.

I am frustrated that Microsoft imposes changes that cause inconvenience, e.g. now there is 'quick access' to Teams sites on the 'save a copy' menu, requiring extensive scrolling to get to 'browse' and the destination folders I need. I don't have control of how many of these Teams sites I am a member of in my organization, so it is a long list. I want to get help removing it but I cannot surmount the wall created by their licensing model: an administrator of my organization has to do so on my behalf. This is NOT user friendly.

Complaint about a Company You own now.

I want to complain about Bethesda which Microsoft now owns. My specific complaint is that i cant use the Skyrim Creation Kit via GOG and you want to make me buy dodgy spyware from Valve/Steam. Bethesda is deliberately blocking such an outcome and that sucks and that is being polite about it. i therefor cant Mod the game as I would like to That is if Steam actually works and it doesn't.

I will not buy the game on Valve/Steam as I keep getting Fatal download error and have been getting such for months. I thus cant play any of the 6 games I bought on Steam. Please make it so that Bethesda will allow the Skyrim Creation Kit on GOG so I can Mod the game.

I have had money taken out my account without my permission.

You took the money from my card details stored in my computer without my permission.

You have not told me what service you provide and what I am paying for.

I find this an unauthorised transaction as you should have asked me if I wanted the service you provided and to have asked me for my bank details .

I don’t know what I am even paying for.

I am really unhappy with the way you went about this.

Please can I have a response from you.
