How can I contact the Complaints Department?

I challenged three charges which amounted to over £290 and was given and email to say the refund was on its way and it's never been deposited into my account. I have called the helpline SEVERAL times and have been fobbed off. Where can I lodge a formal complaint?

    I am sick of paying for service ans NEVER being able to talk to a human? I sick of your stupid online chat. One of my problems is pop up and every time I tried to reach you on line, I get all these pop ups, even when I click on Mircosoft,

    PLEASE HAVE A HUMAN CALL ME I HAVE 3 ISSUES. This ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What good do you do if I can't talk to aomeone???????

    I had 365 for months, now at renewal time, and on auto pay it sudenly disappears. I tried everything to get it back. Downloaded a few times, no app, not on the start list. what's up?
