I challenged three charges which amounted to over £290 and was given and email to say the refund was on its way and it's never been deposited into my account. I have called the helpline SEVERAL times and have been fobbed off. Where can I lodge a formal complaint?

Having a problem receiving emails on my live.com account from amazon.com. I am unable to get any support for this issue because 1. I am a home user, and am obviously not good enough for any assistance since I keep getting redirected to online support. 2. Online support is a bust because when I try to go that route, it asks for my email address, then informs me that this is not my property. End of the line.
Also, for some reason, several times a day I get a notification on my phone that it cannot contact microsoft and to click here. When I do so I am demanded to change my password. I already have. Twice. In a week. I do not want to do that again.
I am unsure that this is connected, but I suspect it is very possible.
Is there someone... ANYONE... willing to assist? I am complete frustrated to tears here.
Yes, that's the only way change has ever occurred, persisting and bringing enough pressure to bear until someone eventually notices and change occurs. Microsoft is flawed, cumbersome and weak within, it isn't so high and mighty (although it probably believes it is), to not listen. Without usconsuming their products, they cannot exist.
