How can I contact the Complaints Department?

Hi I've just finished building my custom built computer and downloaded windows 11 23h2 and it has bricked my router and computer why keep building new versions without getting the bugs out first people should have a right to put whatever program or version they feel fit but how can we when you constantly force people to upgrade when we dont want to the 23h2 has a Trojan horse in the kernel 32 system and keeps deleting DLL files please sort it before rolling out new versions

I am trying to login into a charity account but the authenticator app is not providing a v edification code, in facts asks for a verification code. As a result i cannot login to the account, cannot login in to report the issue or get any assistance in any way.

I am able to change the password on the account as this uses the back up email address for verification but i cannot then log into the account because it again needs a code from the authentication app.

I am the admin for this account so have no-one in my organisation to turn to.

I have tried these avenues and have not had ANY success. The login details are not recognised. No account is associated with any of my email addresses, yet these charges came out three months in a row. I DON'T need to open a support ticket - which I have done so on my personal account but then was fobbed off because the charges were from the Business Microsoft 365. I want the COMPLAINTS or the LEGAL department because this is unacceptable.

I had a similar experience with MS around 2019 when they auto deducted money from my account for a new subscription year, whilst I had a non-rollover subscription. I was able to prove to my bank that I was the victim of a fraud and the bank refunded my money. MS refused, because I purchased the subscription through Amazon. Amazon and MS just played with me, kept blaming each other and leverged the separation of the two providers to refuse to refund my money. I had to change all my accounts details. I now have a rollover subscription unfortunately I have to have it for study. Good luck getting your money back.

Microsoft 365 has ruined my writing project. Suddenly, out of nowhere the following problems have disrupted my work:

An unwanted underline mark appears in my text from time. It is a very stubborn underline. I have been using WORD for about 50 years as a university professor. I was very fond of it. The problem started when I subscribed recently to Office 365. For example, my entire day today is ruined because of two persistent issues:

• An unwanted underline
• Down arrow is missing along the right hand side scroll bar

I tried a virtual assistant, a live agent and finally a live person who phoned me at my cell (1-236-833-5947). They have not yet resolved it.

Question to you: Is it possible to go back to pre-365 options of subscribing Microsoft office at an annual or longer subscription? I am very upset with 365.
