I challenged three charges which amounted to over £290 and was given and email to say the refund was on its way and it's never been deposited into my account. I have called the helpline SEVERAL times and have been fobbed off. Where can I lodge a formal complaint?

I want a refund I did not approve purchase and there was no notification sent to me.
I have attached a copy of the non approved purchase. Because this was taken without notice and approval I cannot buy food. This is not good to make people go hungry I wish to lay an official complaint.
I am trying to email an attachment from my work email to my cell phone email. It won't accept my info. It wants me to sign in but I cannot give or remember information they want. I am a senior with memory issues.
My problem is unresolved because nobody from Microsoft has been in touch yet. I live in hope but will not hold my breath. I am trying to cancel my Teams subscription but there is no possible way mentioned on the Microsoft support site. It seems easy ti sign up but impossible to cancel. All the links given by others on the forum always ask you to sign in then say you cannot sign in with a personal account! RIDICULOUS
Did you ever get this resolved? I had a lifetime licence bought years ago. It forced me to update the software, when i did, it has started to demand a monthly payment for me to receive what i paid for many years ago outright!
I have tried so many times to get to the admin centre using the various links shown e.g by Sherry Chen. On each occasion I am asked to log in and it then tells me I cannot use a personal account but need to sign in with a business account. I DO NOT HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT.
How do I get in touch with Microsoft? Just give me a telephone number or an e-mail address. It is ridiculous to have no means of contacting Microsoft if you are unable to log in to a personal account.
will someone at Microsoft please help NOW?
