How can I contact the Complaints Department?

I challenged three charges which amounted to over £290 and was given and email to say the refund was on its way and it's never been deposited into my account. I have called the helpline SEVERAL times and have been fobbed off. Where can I lodge a formal complaint?

    I want to know why the Windows key + H function does not work anymore for writing letters dictating letters if there's a way to fix this please tell me how . and it dose not work in just one of my computers

    all 5 of my computers . and we chech the mic setting and the mic is working fine

    It also tells me that I'm not on on the Internet when I am it errors out

    Dear Microsoft,

    Your customer service staff Kal, has called me on numerous occasions to ans my qns instead of emailing me.

    First of all, its overseas call and its very expensive.

    Secondly, he called without solutions, its a waste of my time and money.

    Thirdly, why he cannot reply email instead, and has to keep calling?

    Previous rounds when he called with no solutions, I already told him overseas call is very expensive.

    Can you pls ans????

    I have a serious complaint regarding the continual pop up advertising of inappropriate prompts re CONTROVERSIAL SPORTS PHOTOS THAT CROSSED THE LINE. Exhibiting female genitalia is poor taste. What the F....! Show some dignity, integrity in what you show Microsoft. Bloody disgusting.
