I challenged three charges which amounted to over £290 and was given and email to say the refund was on its way and it's never been deposited into my account. I have called the helpline SEVERAL times and have been fobbed off. Where can I lodge a formal complaint?

It turns out Microsoft has gone to complete **** on every level. Azure is unusable unless you are just looking for new error messages. You are going to have to have your bank or credit card company reverse those charges. I am migrating to Google or Amazon and I cannot use Microsoft anymore. Their products simply do not work the way they are advertised to and tech support is nonexistent. Their idea of tech support is this forum.

    Here is tech support:

We all need to stop using these products. They do work properly, the employees and management are lazy bums with horrible work ethics so it is not going to improve. I have watched get worse and worse over time.

I am DEEPLY OFFENDED that MS "AUTOMATICALLY" upgraded my Windows 10 to Windows 11 without my authorization. I rebooted my computer and noticed it looked totally difference. Checked the system, and it was Win11. I had to system "recover" to go back to Windows 10. I'm just hoping I haven't lost anything.

THIS is the type of commerical attitude that causes people to turn to an alternative provider in this case an O.S. It took me a long time to research and find the methodology to recover my Windows 10 and how to do it. If I can find a way to "lock" my O.S. to Windows 10 I will.

I've also had over a year issue with my MS Outlook constantly flashing a popup to login to the office365 server, and not accepting my login/password. I finally dropped what was a legitimate MS Office 2019 after my purchased copy of MS Office 2010 was no longer supported and forced to change. After constantly getting this server login popup (web-based Outlook worked fine), I found a MS authorized reseller of MS Office 2021. After installing, updating the product key, it kept doing the same thing with server login popups. I tried getting on the MS support forum, and no luck getting help. Fortunately the MS Office reseller had real time support and after a lot of tries/attempts I was able to get MS Outlook 2021 working. MS added "new" Outlook to my system and I didn't care for it and wouldn't load some emails in sub-folders.

Updating and improving MS products is a positive thing, but with the high cost of MS products, and no real time (free) support, it can get frustrating for MS windows users. Speculation claims Linus will replace MS Windows, and they will be successful, if MS continue this type of tactics with paid windows users. I'm fairly knowledgeable of computers, (build a gaming desktop), operating systems, software and hardware, at age 76. But many others are not and if this type of forced changes in O.S., s/w, and programs continues, someone is going to create systems that are easier to use and not have to worry about changes/upgrades.

I have had difficulty with your system from the start. As soon as I am able I will get another server. You decided to change my address backto an old address. WHen this was discovered and my newer one ( pkstevens47@outlook.com0 was reinstated I received soooo many emails of importance. Now you've gone and done it again. Why are you changing it without my consent?
