I challenged three charges which amounted to over £290 and was given and email to say the refund was on its way and it's never been deposited into my account. I have called the helpline SEVERAL times and have been fobbed off. Where can I lodge a formal complaint?

Your product has cost me around $700 so far, I’ve spent over 14 days trying to work this out. I’m over it. I’ve made a complaint with the Australian telecommunications who now intend to take action against Microsoft.
Kind regards, John Moody. I suggest you don’t email me because it’s probably not gonna get through like all of them call me. I’ll say it again call me.
This is useless advice.
I saw your post and as you say raised a ticket making it clear my business wanted to lodge a formal complaint and receive answers about the terribly poor support experience we have been having on an unresolved issue since 27th June 2024.
I was contacted back by an agent who proceeded to try to persuade me to "vote as a 5" on the phone and who told me to use a link: https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback to complain formally.
I had no doubt that the phone call was simply designed to deflect any complaint and as expected I have not received any answers to the complaint filed this way and the ticket has been closed down. Frankly Microsoft should be ashamed and embarrassed allowing such behaviour to happen.
I am NOT using this link as it is for feedback onto public forums. Our company wanted to make a formal complaint about the blatantly poor support so far we have received on one of your defective MS365 products.
So, how do we make a formal complaint having tried what you have suggested?
I signed up for one month on Teams but now seem to get a recurring charge on a monthly basis. Their telephone numbers just give recorded messages saying everything can be done on line which is a lie.
The e mail invoice has an address in Ireland so I have sent a letter to the asking to cancel. I wonder if there is human in Ireland that can read.
Meanwhile I have instructed my bank to refuse the direct debits as fraudulent. If you cannot talk to the provider what else can you do?
