How can I contact the Complaints Department?

I challenged three charges which amounted to over £290 and was given and email to say the refund was on its way and it's never been deposited into my account. I have called the helpline SEVERAL times and have been fobbed off. Where can I lodge a formal complaint?

    Martin, I resorted to cancelling the bank debit as a fraudulent transaction. That prompted Microsoft to send me an e-mail from a "do not reply" address saying that my payment had been declined and that i needed to go to the admin address to amend or modify the card details! Fat chance! The whole point is I cannot get to the admin centre to cancel or amend or do anything. They seem totally oblivious of the fault in their system and make it impossible to talk or contact anyone to complain. I shall cancel any future attempts to take money too.

    i bought rainbow 6 siege for about 15$ when it was on sale and i bought it when i had game pass ultimate. but now my game pass has ran out and when i try to get in a game of seige it says i need to get game pass

    I cannot contact anyone regarding my Teams Essential subscription. The Teams account isn't working and I cannot log in to contact customer support, i.e. it won't let me log in. This is truly pathetic. The only thing you're doing is taking money.

    Hello Dr. Rasid,

    Same **** for me with MSFT. Look at the boards, they're full of MSFT caused problems. I'm thinking of starting a class action suit against them. Let me know if you're interested.
