Worst customer service ever, tried to ask to speak to a human and keep getting a recording, not impressed!

I challenged three charges which amounted to over £290 and was given and email to say the refund was on its way and it's never been deposited into my account. I have called the helpline SEVERAL times and have been fobbed off. Where can I lodge a formal complaint?

I sympathise. I’ve never found an email to register an enquiry, a common complaint in this thread. I have though found the chat function does work and can speak to a human though that requires patience as the customer service advisor seems to only read from a set script and is a bit lost if your question is not on their notes. But if you persevere that usually works.
I have mentioned before if you have paid for a product that doesn’t work and have paid by credit card you have legal protection, at least in the UK and your card provider can take this up with Microsoft, if you have the time for that as a last resort.
Please can someone offer assistance and I'm going round in circles. I set up an email address so we could send some fundraising emails locally for our local Morris dancing troupe. I was literally in the account one minute and then kicked out, when I have logged back in it says password isn't correct. I have completed the online form detailing all emails I have emailed from there to try and reset and it states either I haven't given correct information or I have done it too many times. I have tried the customer service number that sends me a link that doesn't work as I cannot get into the email, its a nightmare/frustrating and im not sure what to do. Do they even have an online chat functionality?
