Why do I keep getting these messages in my email:
We received your request for a single-use code to use with your Microsoft account.
Your single-use code is: 123456 [I changed this]
If you didn't request this code, you can safely ignore this email. Someone else might have typed your email address by mistake.

Keep getting single use codes I didn't request for ******@comcast.net. Sounds like someone is trying to hack my email. Any way for microsoft security to see who is doing it?
Same here. Mostly China, Brazil and South Africa
Rob, how did you remove your account? I am seeing activity from countries all over the planet. I am not sure what steps to take. Thank you

It seems my account has had many unsuccessful attempts from China, Brazil, United States and even someone who attempted an automatic sync a few times from Germany. Is there no way to report or block these attempts?? --Even Google has a "This was Me" option.
Feels a bit ridiculous that we just have to sit on our hands whilst hackers try various attempts to access our accounts, regardless of password changes or two factor auth. If two factor auth is active, it shouldn't even show me the email request.
This whole thing just causes an unnecessary amount of anxiety.
I have been getting these single-use code emails as well since June 2023, and am still getting them a year later.
Often enough even at odd times when I'm asleep, like around 4 AM.
Is there any way to even know where these requests are coming from?

Found my account activity page, and as it turns out there are requests from all over the planet.
Is there any way to stop these emails though?
