I get this message every time I start Word or Excel and enter my valid email account name:

I am in the same boat as you, and sad to hear that more people are staring to face this issue. I was fighting with Microsoft for 3 days straight with no viable solutions.
Experiencing the exact same issue with Office 365 and Copilot Pro.
Fighting with it for days only to be advised by Level 2 this morning after pushing issue... Dang
* Has anyone attempted to resolve this by maybe removing the Copilot sub and then adding it back in?

Just a FYI, do NOT bother formating PC and attempting a clean install again. Same issue still persists.
Attempted on multiple PCs.
Same problem here... I activated Copilot Pro subcription and then I tried to make it available on O365 apps... However when I try to update the license.. I got the error 29. I've reinstalled, etc... without luck... thinking to remove copilot license because it is so clear that the product is still a beta...
No use, I already tried it. Once you opt copilot, your license is already ruined.
