Error code 29 when starting O365

my Office 365 account is once more active

• no more infinite loops triyng to sign-in in Outlook

Use your own username for “username”.

Out of nowhere, I encountered error 29. My 365 subscription was paid in full and had previously worked flawlessly.

After several hours of frustration trying to fix the issue myself, I called Microsoft support, who had me delete these two directories:

%localdata%\Microsoft\IdentityCache

%localdata%\Microsoft\OneAuth

After that, I was able to login into 365 apps without any license issues. Error 29 was gone. FYI, the two directories I deleted where re-generated after successfully logging into Word or Excel.

would be helpful if I could get my license key. My Office 365 is a subscription service, so I can't see a license key.

I renewed the subscription to Microsoft 365, but even though I paid and the charge was made, I get a code that says 29 on both devices שמג a request to pay again on 1 of the two devices. Please solve the problem. Thanks,Tzach
