I get this message every time I start Word or Excel and enter my valid email account name:

I have the same problem; I reinstalled the app, but the issue persists. I've logged out dozens of times, but it doesn't help.

I tried everything but i have no success.
Therefore I buy a new notebook.

After trying everything unsuccessfully, this is what worked for me :
. rebooting Windows in safe mode
. trying to login to Windows (even Windows link to account failed me), without success
. rebooting normally
. and hen login works
who knows why ? :)
