Why can't I sign in to my Developer Program dashboard?

Hello,

I am trying to access my recently created MS Developer Tenant but I am receiving the following error:

We're unable to sign you in with this account The sign in was unsuccessful. For details, see the Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ.

MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-0c72-453c-94ed-85674ffb14a1

Code: 41101

Can you help me? Thanks.

    Hi Inema, thanks for your support.

    • That's correct, I am using the account that I used when I applied for the program.
    • I tried on Edge and Chrome, also with Private/Incognito option.

    In addition, currently, I can still access to Sharepoint, PowerApps and Power Automate and I can see my test develops, but I can't see the dashboard. I won't like lose my progress.

    Same here. 2 days ago I've tried to check out my subscription and I saw the code 41101.

    Asked some people who developing programs in 365 Dev Center like me, some might say that this happened because of your abuse of the subscription and you're not allowed to sign in anymore.

    If I violated the terms of Microsoft, I should recieved e-mail from Microsoft Dev Program or some-official-where, announcement first, action follows right? I checked my mail box and nothing there. This is terrible and totally unacceptable. So, my, and all of the code-41101-people's appeal is, tell us why, and what should we do.

    I got the same Issue. At registration i got message something went wrong. Then i tried a few times. A day later i saw in my mailaccount 4 Emails welcome to the microsoft dev program. I think im now banned or something like that. Is there a way to reactivate my account?
