Why can't I sign in to my Developer Program dashboard?

Hello,

I am trying to access my recently created MS Developer Tenant but I am receiving the following error:

We're unable to sign you in with this account The sign in was unsuccessful. For details, see the Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ.

MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-0c72-453c-94ed-85674ffb14a1

Code: 41101

Can you help me? Thanks.

    My trial subscription for Microsoft 365 has just been renewed and the new expiry date is 01/05/2024.

    I opened a ticket with Microsoft which has been forwarded to the SharePoint online Asia Pacific O365 Support Team. I'm currently waiting to set up an appointment time with a member of the team to receive support.

    I think it was at the link below but I'm not 100% sure. I navigated through a lot of different URLs but eventually landed on an option to fill out a form and a case was created. I have spoken with two very nice human beings so far and am receiving ticket updates via email.
