Why can't I sign in to my Developer Program dashboard?

I opened a ticket last week but didn't receive any follow-up progress, so I emailed them yesterday and this was the response:

The case has been escalated and according to our technical advisor, the free version is currently closed at the moment. We don't have any information yet as to when the free version will be available.

For now, we can only assist user with active/paid Visual Studio Subscription. For more updates, please visit the link below.

Same here. Can't login to the dashboard!

I have same problem when i login my office 365 developer program dashboard, at the same time, i recieve a renew email which tell me "Congratulations!

Your Microsoft 365 trial developer subscription has been renewed. Your new expiration date is 4/12/2024 (UTC)."

but still can not login.

it's so strange.

I think it was at the link below but I'm not 100% sure. I navigated through a lot of different URLs but eventually landed on an option to fill out a form and a case was created. I have spoken with two very nice human beings so far and am receiving ticket updates via email.

I will post again when I have updates.
