Stop the Family Feature Pop Up

Every time I turn on my computer, the "sign in Microsoft Family Features" pops up. I have tried:

  • Removing myself from family group per https://account.microsoft.com/family/home (already listed as an adult there)
  • Checking start up options (doesn't show up)
  • Looking at uninstalling Microsoft Family Features (doesn't show up)
  • Deleting the Microsoft Family Feature folder
  • Telling my firewall not to let it through

Every time I did one of these steps, I turned off and back on my computer, and still each time it persisted. Make it stop!!!

    What the admin suggests does not work but another article helped me, so i will repeat it here: https://answers.microsoft.com/nb-no/windows/forum/all/hvordan-fjerner-jeg-appen-tryggere-for-familien/36d749dd-430b-46be-8ced-6abba3e0456a

    1. Press windowsbutton+r and type taskschd.msc
    2. Find and mark the folder Microsoft\Windows\Shell in the library
    3. Deactivate the assignments that belong to family safety
