Stop dialog popup "Microsoft respects your privacy"

I'm on a Windows 11 PC

Every time I start outlook, word, excel, etc the below dialogs appear. Once I have clicked through all the options the toolbar has this notification under it;

For a start "Restart Office" is not very clear, because there is no office app. So I assume it means close and restart all running office applications. Which I did but the dialogs continue to appear each time I start one of the apps.

I have since tried;

  1. Restarting PC
  2. Office Repair
  3. Office Repair online (it uninstalled office and then couldn't go any further so I had to download and reinstall office)
  4. Reinstall of office

Does anyone know how to fix this so it no longer appears at the start of office 365 apps

    I also have this same problem but it is not too big for the screen. It is a small box with a close button but nothing to accept and close. It keeps coming back

    Update, i found that Office was signed in on an old account so i closed that and signed in on the correct account and the pop ups stopped. However, I came in this morning and somehow it had reverted to the other account and the same problem occurred. Signing out fixed it again, but it is going to be a pain to have to do that everyday!

    This was happening to me for 3 weeks Everytime I closed out and opened any MS app. I spoke to Microsoft support today, and in addition to signing into your MS 360 account and updating the software (it will override, you do not need to uninstall it first), signing out of my Microsoft account, then completely signing back in worked, as we figured out that I was signed into an old Microsoft account.
