Stop dialog popup "Microsoft respects your privacy"

I'm on a Windows 11 PC

Every time I start outlook, word, excel, etc the below dialogs appear. Once I have clicked through all the options the toolbar has this notification under it;

For a start "Restart Office" is not very clear, because there is no office app. So I assume it means close and restart all running office applications. Which I did but the dialogs continue to appear each time I start one of the apps.

I have since tried;

  1. Restarting PC
  2. Office Repair
  3. Office Repair online (it uninstalled office and then couldn't go any further so I had to download and reinstall office)
  4. Reinstall of office

Does anyone know how to fix this so it no longer appears at the start of office 365 apps

    Thanks very much for this. How did you find the old account? I have only one that is active and connected to my Outlook app.

    I didn't find it Microsoft did. When you go to File> account or something and saw the strange account signed in and logged it out

    I am having the same issue. It doesn't matter HOW MANY times I go through and hit accept. It keeps popping up EVERY SINGLE TIME I open a Word document for the first time

    HOW do I get rid of this for good! NO MEANS NO and I am TIRED of telling it so!

    Dear Sola:

    Your suggested solution unfortunately does not work. I have gone through the MS License Agreement Pop up over fifty times this week as I go about my work and open various Office Applications. Frankly it is seriously affecting my concentration and time.

    I have tried everything.

    I beg of you to provide a solution that will address this problem.

    It seems that there isn't one common fix.

    My solution was the same as AdamWalder1:

    Open Excel or other app, click through the annoying pop-ups

    Go to File menu and click on accounts.

    If the email listed isn't linked to Microsoft account then that is the issue - switch accounts to one that has a Microsoft subscription or account.

    I find it ironic that this is about Microsoft respecting our privacy but it manages to delve through our computers to find email accounts that are not linked to Microsoft at all.
