Stop dialog popup "Microsoft respects your privacy"

I'm on a Windows 11 PC

Every time I start outlook, word, excel, etc the below dialogs appear. Once I have clicked through all the options the toolbar has this notification under it;

For a start "Restart Office" is not very clear, because there is no office app. So I assume it means close and restart all running office applications. Which I did but the dialogs continue to appear each time I start one of the apps.

I have since tried;

  1. Restarting PC
  2. Office Repair
  3. Office Repair online (it uninstalled office and then couldn't go any further so I had to download and reinstall office)
  4. Reinstall of office

Does anyone know how to fix this so it no longer appears at the start of office 365 apps

    This worked for me too. It's at the bottom - also took me a while to see.

    This appears to have worked for me. I was signed into office with four accounts - probably all the accounts I have ever had with Microsoft! With Word open I went to File > Account, and signed out of all but one of the accounts. So far, so good.

    Great! Is this solution is for LAN administrators only to ensure all employee work stations are not having the issue?

    So far, I've only had individuals contact me for the issue. Home users, not "employees"...

    Thanks!

    I'm elated this solution has helped so many having the privacy pop up issue. :)
