I removed the app and reinstalled it still didn't get rid of it. In the process of removing the app and restarting it closed any other programs

I'm on a Windows 11 PC
Every time I start outlook, word, excel, etc the below dialogs appear. Once I have clicked through all the options the toolbar has this notification under it;
For a start "Restart Office" is not very clear, because there is no office app. So I assume it means close and restart all running office applications. Which I did but the dialogs continue to appear each time I start one of the apps.
I have since tried;
Does anyone know how to fix this so it no longer appears at the start of office 365 apps

There seem to be a lot of should-be-useful suggestions in this thread, and a lot of supportive assistance.
But nobody seems to be questioning why so many people are all chasing our tails (here and many, many other threads) when the problem should be being fixed at source.
Another sloppy piece of MS programming left steaming in the middle of the road.
Two "good" fixes. First, if you can see the prompt when you are asked for privacy selection, make sure you can see the entire screen. If you cannot, change your resolution temporarily so you can. If that doesn't fix the problem, make sure you sign out of any/all of your Microsoft accounts. Sign in to each account one at a time and complete the privacy prompts. If you have any Microsoft app open on any other device, you need to close all before you can start to clear one account, then another. Check all your devices - phone, iPad, etc. to make sure you are signed out of any Microsoft account on all of the devices. Then when you open one, you can click through the prompts. Also, depending on your sync settings, you might have to do the same process on all of your devices.
Make sure you are signed out of all your accounts on all of your devices. If you have your sync settings to sync all your devices, once you click through the prompts for an account, that will satisfy the other devices. You still need to accomplish the process for all Microsoft accounts. I had five and had to sign out of all, set my sync to all, and go through the privacy prompts for each account - not app, but each account (email account).
My first response stated you had to satisfy each account and have repeated one needs to close out of each of their accounts before attempting to satisfy the Microsoft privacy prompts. In addition, I've clarified "account" as being an email account. For each Microsoft email account you have to set privacy for each.
Also, in response to the sloppy programming...one might see it that way but when you consider how many variables and the associated legal issues, I understand why each account is separate yet associated. Take a quick look at your OneDrive settings. Then ask yourself which of those settings should be the same across all of your accounts. By the way, there are two main email ".com" addresses. You are the power behind the email address. How is Microsoft supposed to know which account belongs to you? Now, maybe Microsoft could look into programming that would allow YOU to link each of your accounts and sync them according to your needs...but would you want each of your accounts to have the same attributes? Would you want to set yourself up for "failure" by saying yes to sync all your accounts when you might have one account you are paying extra for additional storage and get charged for all your other accounts because you didn't understand the ramifications of syncing your accounts to remove the aggravation of having to set your privacy settings for each of your accounts?
That being said, a good programmer could do what you suggest and allow you to drill down through each of your accounts to determine what you want to sync, or not. Not an easy task. How much would you pay to have a programmer accomplish that for the "world". Expending that kind of manpower/effort/expense would require something in return...what are you willing to give that Microsoft might want besides $$.$$?
As aggravating as it was to determine and fix the problem, I'll save my money and rely on "good Samaritans" in the Microsoft community to help me resolve the problem.
Thanks!
