Stop dialog popup "Microsoft respects your privacy"

I'm on a Windows 11 PC

Every time I start outlook, word, excel, etc the below dialogs appear. Once I have clicked through all the options the toolbar has this notification under it;

For a start "Restart Office" is not very clear, because there is no office app. So I assume it means close and restart all running office applications. Which I did but the dialogs continue to appear each time I start one of the apps.

I have since tried;

  1. Restarting PC
  2. Office Repair
  3. Office Repair online (it uninstalled office and then couldn't go any further so I had to download and reinstall office)
  4. Reinstall of office

Does anyone know how to fix this so it no longer appears at the start of office 365 apps

    I also have this, it just started happening today. No solutions I've found online get rid of it.

    I'm not an IT geek so don't try suggesting I mess with registries and other behind-the-scenes software trickery, just tell me how to simply get back to normal.

    Hi

    Dialog box is not too box for the screen, I can see all of it and there is no accept button

    Last step in the dialog is "Done"

    Hi MrMadMattyX,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. The message is a MS license agreement and you should be able to click "Accept", and it won't show anymore. If you can't see an Accept button because the dialog box is too large for your screen, try changing the screen resolution temporarily.
