Stop dialog popup "Microsoft respects your privacy"

I'm on a Windows 11 PC

Every time I start outlook, word, excel, etc the below dialogs appear. Once I have clicked through all the options the toolbar has this notification under it;

For a start "Restart Office" is not very clear, because there is no office app. So I assume it means close and restart all running office applications. Which I did but the dialogs continue to appear each time I start one of the apps.

I have since tried;

  1. Restarting PC
  2. Office Repair
  3. Office Repair online (it uninstalled office and then couldn't go any further so I had to download and reinstall office)
  4. Reinstall of office

Does anyone know how to fix this so it no longer appears at the start of office 365 apps

    If you have more than one OneDrive account, make sure you complete the message pop ups and then sign out of each account. I have two and although I followed the guidance because I have two OneDrive accounts, that pop up never was "satisfied".

    This fixed the issue for me...had to check each 365 application and make corrections as required. Haven't seen the popup since.
