I'm on a Windows 11 PC
Every time I start outlook, word, excel, etc the below dialogs appear. Once I have clicked through all the options the toolbar has this notification under it;
For a start "Restart Office" is not very clear, because there is no office app. So I assume it means close and restart all running office applications. Which I did but the dialogs continue to appear each time I start one of the apps.

Thanks this work perfectly. I think most users will have the same problem.
Adding that I am getting tired of this as well. Every time I start an Office app it am greeted with the nag prompts and I am also told that the app needs to restart. EVERY.TIME.EVERY.APP.
Yep. Mr. Mad Marty hit it on the nail. Microsoft just wanted me to sign-in to my Microsoft account. No more privacy notices, finally! Thanks.
I had the same problem. Tried everything in the above to no avail. I went into Office and found one of my emails was corrupted with a "fix It" box below.. Clicked on it and the problem was solved.
