    I followed the directions above to get support with OneDrive and didn't end up at the email OneDrive Support page.

    Please advise the best way to receive support with OneDrive.

    comment empêcher OneDrive de faire une 2e sauvegarde sur mon disque dur interne car maintenant il est trop remplie.

    Bonjour

    J’ai deja contacté vos services concernant la perte de 20gb de sauvegarde par erreur.

    Mon abonnement avait expiré. Vos collègues m’ont dit de renouveler mon abonnement et de vous recontacter dans les 30jours maximum afin de pouvoir récupérer la sauvegarde de mon one drive de début du mois. J’ai récemment perdu mon papa et j’ai donc perdu toutes ses photos. J’ai repaye 1an de sauvegarde avec 100gb. Svp aidez moi a récupérer la sauvegarde du 02 juin merci d’avance Mlle KARAMI
