I am having trouble not getting access code emailed to me
my problem is the same, my account from Microsoft 365 Family was cancelled, my signture for Office looks like "expired", but all my Family group is normal, all work for them. I don't have 1 TB space anymore. Microsoft deleted my signature, since April, 10th!!!
Estou sofrendo com o mesmo problema. Inclusive, meu Microsoft 365 aparece como cancelado, como se minha assinatura tivesse expirado, o que é falso. Tenho o Plano Familiy e está pago, ativo, mas é como se minha assinatura não existisse mais, desde 10 de abril. São 10 dias sem poder usar os programas do Office. A Microsoft não resolve nada!!!!
