Microsoft OneDrive Support

Hello

I have situation. I am a business owner. We bought the business Dec 1, 2023. Our One Drive was already set up and ony 1 employee seems to be the administrator on the account. I need to take over as owner of the account. What do I need to do?

I need help cleaning up onedrive file. I have onedrive personal account and ondrive 365 account

have one drive full and have files in recycle as well how can i move all to a usb drive so i dont loose these files

To bypass self-resolution steps and open a support ticket with the OneDrive Technical Support team direct the customer to https://onedrive.live.com/?action=feedback.

This directs the customer to their OneDrive and a form appears to Email OneDrive support. The customer needs to be signed in to create a support ticket.

OPTION 2: Customer experience contacting OneDrive support via the Web

1. Starting from OneDrive.Live.com in the browser, signed in (or direct the customer to sign in.)
