    Hello, I'm having the same issue,

    Directing customers to OneDrive in-App support and requesting email feedback.

    Please confirm how to resolve this issue asap? as my OneDrive is not syncing and I cannot access my files.

    How am I supposed to contact Microsoft Technical Support, as unable to resolve this issue.

    This is Mohammad Navid Safi, and I moved some of my personal information on personal vault on one drive. today when I unlock my personal vault that was empty, and I could not find my information. could you check what is going on and why all my personal information were lost it. please feel free to contact me via email (***@gmail.com).

    I am very disappointed that I cannot speak to a person because the automated voice gives me the run around. It is very frustrating.

    I believe I've been paying for a business account, and I want/need a personal account. How do I sign up for personal account and cancel Business account.
