Having this same issue on Chrome desktop on a macbook pro. The webclipper has disappeared from firefox. double you tee eff???
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
OneNote Web Clipper extension on Microsoft Edge stopped working after I cleared browser caches with CC Cleaner.
It worked for a long time, but now it completely stopped working. It asks me to sign in, so I get this:
After I click on Sign in with a Microsoft Account, a window appears but there is no sign in flow, it does nothing but shows me a page "Get OneNote Web Clipper".
I'm unable to sign in, it appears that the login flow is broken. I'm already signed in to my personal Microsoft account throughout my apps and in my browser. I can access the OneNote application and https://onenote.com/ site without issues.
Please help if there is another workaround to mitigate this issue. If there's no fix I can't use the Web Clipper extension anymore.

Loved the sarcasm but even more appreciated was the outline for how MS could/should be dealing with rollouts and bugs. Thanks for sharing your ideas.

Stacia: re: "I already don't like A1 being in my computer through the update...this is really irritating to be having on top of that!"
Please elaborate. Did you mean AI? and if so, what did MS add? Was it to Windows? I know they've been touting how Bing is the latest thing since sliced bread, but I'd like to know if MS has added something to screw up our computers.
TIA, Saroj
Well done, Ann. I wasn't aware of the Windows-F to get to a feedback hub. Thank you.
Does anyone know if there is a person or process at the other end to address such feedback? I wouldn't want to waste a lot of time giving feedback if it just goes into a virtual circular filing cabinet.
