What is your next suggestion ? Re-installing Windows ?
Sorry, necessary sarcasm in view of an obvious bug in Web Clipper 😣

This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
OneNote Web Clipper extension on Microsoft Edge stopped working after I cleared browser caches with CC Cleaner.
It worked for a long time, but now it completely stopped working. It asks me to sign in, so I get this:
After I click on Sign in with a Microsoft Account, a window appears but there is no sign in flow, it does nothing but shows me a page "Get OneNote Web Clipper".
I'm unable to sign in, it appears that the login flow is broken. I'm already signed in to my personal Microsoft account throughout my apps and in my browser. I can access the OneNote application and https://onenote.com/ site without issues.
Please help if there is another workaround to mitigate this issue. If there's no fix I can't use the Web Clipper extension anymore.

Hey Raymond, thanks for your reply!
Yeah I've tried that, I've reinstalled it now already 5 times, cleared browser cookies, cache, restarted. Nothing works, I still get the same issue as of today
I too am having this problem in both Wdge and Chrome and on multiple computers. Also, numerous people left reviews on the download site that they too are having the same problem.
Is there a way to get this new bug reported to Microsoft? Many of us depend on this tool.
I have the same problem on Mac. Already tried uninstalling and re-installing the plugin/extension but no luck... same behavior.
Thanks Raymond, I will keep my eyes peeled on this thread.
I'm glad to know that this is a confirmed bug and I'm not the only one experiencing this issue, hopefully Microsoft will fix it soon.
