Hi,
I cannot access my Microsoft 365 account anymore.
I think my account has been hacked because when I try recovering the password, the email displayed is apparently from a Czech Republic domain (.cz). However, I have never had any .cz email.
I would like to please help me recover my Microsoft account access, so that I can get back to using it.
Thank you for your support.
Kind regards
Umberto

These look like unsuccessful attempts to login. You can't prevent these attempts.

    From Portuguese:

    Hello!

I believe it is possible to recover your account.

this recovery attempt is automated and always gives a negative return. but it generates a log for Microsoft where they can compare their data and generates a protocol number. When you try again, there is something below like talking to an attendant... it will take you to a chat and there this attendant will act directly on your case, analyzing the information that has already been collected in the first attempts and with the information that he himself will ask you for. .

After the analysis, they may conclude that, through your data and comparing it with the data of the person who stole the account, that this is in fact your account and they will ask you to create a new account, they will migrate the data and all the history of the stolen account to your new one. account. and as my observation, activate two-factor authentication which is very good to prevent this type of attack.
