Hi,
I cannot access my Microsoft 365 account anymore.
I think my account has been hacked because when I try recovering the password, the email displayed is apparently from a Czech Republic domain (.cz). However, I have never had any .cz email.
I would like to please help me recover my Microsoft account access, so that I can get back to using it.

Is there an error message when the password reset fails? If so, what's the message?
Try resetting the password with another browser.
See if you can reset the password using any of these browsers in Private/Incognito mode.
Edge, Chrome, Firefox.
