Hi,
I cannot access my Microsoft 365 account anymore.
I think my account has been hacked because when I try recovering the password, the email displayed is apparently from a Czech Republic domain (.cz). However, I have never had any .cz email.
I would like to please help me recover my Microsoft account access, so that I can get back to using it.
Thank you for your support.
Kind regards
Umberto

Sorry but Microsoft Support will not send you a code or help you reset a password. They will refer you to the same articles and forms we post here.
Many people ask but...
Microsoft Support contacted via phone or chat won't be able to help you with this.
