Hi,
I cannot access my Microsoft 365 account anymore.
I think my account has been hacked because when I try recovering the password, the email displayed is apparently from a Czech Republic domain (.cz). However, I have never had any .cz email.
I would like to please help me recover my Microsoft account access, so that I can get back to using it.
Thank you for your support.
Kind regards
Umberto

The hacker is using similar programs to microsoft original from open source (GitHub). He takes control over my account, progams, data, payment, etc.

    1. When trying to sign-in at https://account.microsoft.com are you told that the account doesn't exist?

If so, the hijacker created a new alias and deleted the original address. There is no possibility whatsoever of recovering the account.

    1. Otherwise...

The account recovery form is the only way to recover this account, unless #1 is true.

    1. And since people ask...
Microsoft Support contacted via phone or chat won't be able to help you with this.

See if forwarding has been setup.

    Cog/gear icon > Settings > Forwarding.

Also, are these messages being sent to junk or Deleted?
