I think my Microsoft account has been hacked

Hi,
I cannot access my Microsoft 365 account anymore.
I think my account has been hacked because when I try recovering the password, the email displayed is apparently from a Czech Republic domain (.cz). However, I have never had any .cz email.
I would like to please help me recover my Microsoft account access, so that I can get back to using it.

    1. Is this an @outlook.com account?
    2. Do you access the account:

    a. On the web with a browser? Which browser?.

    b. With the Windows 10/11 mail app?

    c. With an installed program like Outlook 365

    3. What error message are you seeing?
