I think my Microsoft account has been hacked

Hi,
I cannot access my Microsoft 365 account anymore.
I think my account has been hacked because when I try recovering the password, the email displayed is apparently from a Czech Republic domain (.cz). However, I have never had any .cz email.
I would like to please help me recover my Microsoft account access, so that I can get back to using it.

    Hi Peter,

    Unfortunately no, I have dropped the ball on this one.
    I think I am relatively lucky because the account that was hacked is my professional account, which is tied to the University where I work. Which means that no personal financial information should be accessible.

    However, it is a sad joke that Microsoft, of all companies, does not have a support line in each major country on Earth. I am not even considering calling them in the US as suggested above by Babatunde.

    This is something that should hit the news as a blatant example of mismanagement, lack of transparency, and basically non-existent customer service.

    I wish I could be of any help.

    I can still get into my Microsoft account, i just received an email that said my account had been accessed by someone in Russia! Do i need to send you the email?? The reply to send to you was not your email or domain. It was a gmail account.

    no puedo acceder a mi cuenta de Microsoft 365.
    Creo que mi cuenta ha sido pirateada porque cuando intento recuperar la contraseña, el correo electrónico que aparece aparentemente es de un dominio de la República Checa (.cz). Sin embargo, nunca he tenido ningún correo electrónico .cz.
    Me gustaría que me ayudaran a recuperar el acceso a mi cuenta de Microsoft para poder volver a usarla.

    Alguien ha usado esta cuenta ******@hotmail.com  para piratear mi cuenta de facebook, a ella llegan los códigos y me ha bloqueado la mía. Pueden desactivarla.

    Les mando una captura de pantalla, mi cuenta está a salvo. Pero deben desactivar esta. Gracias

    Hi. The exact same thing happened to my account last Tuesday. I was getting the exact same message you did when trying to log in and same as you, i have the proof of purchase of minecraft but i havent managed to get it sorted out yet so if there s anyone at all here who could help...please help
