I think my Microsoft account has been hacked

Hi,
I cannot access my Microsoft 365 account anymore.
I think my account has been hacked because when I try recovering the password, the email displayed is apparently from a Czech Republic domain (.cz). However, I have never had any .cz email.
I would like to please help me recover my Microsoft account access, so that I can get back to using it.

    On August 10th, 2023, I received a text message from a woman on a dating site.

    the phone number was 1-732-285-8939 the next text message looked like this:

    159749 is your Google Voice verification code.

    Don't share it with anyone eslse.

    I have been having issues with open websites on my computer.

    I would like to talk to a Microsoft Technician via phone

    muito oba noite eu acho que a minha conta foi hackeada, quando eu tento acessar a conta aparece que a minha conta já foi acessada no brasil, e nos estados unidos. e com isso não estou a conseguir fazer a sincronização do telefone e o computador meu Email / conta google não abre e com isso não consigo atualizar o telefone
