I think my Microsoft account has been hacked

Hi,
I cannot access my Microsoft 365 account anymore.
I think my account has been hacked because when I try recovering the password, the email displayed is apparently from a Czech Republic domain (.cz). However, I have never had any .cz email.
I would like to please help me recover my Microsoft account access, so that I can get back to using it.

    mein account wurde gehackt und es sind mehrere orte wo meine email adresse sich eingeloggt hat aus verschiedenen laendern

    My account has been hacked and there are several places where my email address has logged in from different countries

    Hotmail. The account showed hundreds of emails went out to all my contacts. The email said 'Can I ask for a. Favor' then another email said 'thanks I need to get an apple gift card for my cousin who has colon cancer'

    The message replied Ray

    The first message was from my email account. The second was from an outlook account.

    1. These mails are in your Sent folder?
    2. If you can login to the account, change the password and choose a strong one. https://www.security.org/how-secure-is-my-password/

    1. Don't post an email address, but what account was hacked? Outlook.com, Hotmail?
    2. A Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com ?
    3. What's telling you that the account was hacked?
