Unable to complete the verification check on my payment method

Hello,

I'm trying to start my Office E3 trial but I keep getting this message when going to Start Trial:

Please try again in a few minutes. We are unable to complete the verification check on your payment method at this time.

If the problem doesn't go away, please submit a Service Request.

I tried calling the support but didn't get to speaking to anyone but pre-recordered auto-replies.

I have tried using a different card as my payment method, cleaning cookies, switching browsers and networks -- nothing worked. I can see there have been people with similar issues but unsure how they were solved. Could anyone please suggest an answer?

    Fix for this issue....Due to resent changes with Microsoft they have create this issue. Ive had no issue in the past up until they change security features. You will have to fix this issue by signing into admin account under expand billing and select Billing accounts then Add an associated billing tenant. When selected you will have a popup Add an associated billing tenant just put your domain and the field for tenant just search for your email and select it. Once you have selected your user sign out and back in and you should be able to add services.

    You will have to fix this issue by signing into admin account under expand billing and select Billing accounts then Add an associated billing tenant. When selected you will have a popup Add an associated billing tenant just put your domain and the field for tenant just search for your email and select it. Once you have selected your user sign out and back in and you should be able to add services.
