Unable to complete the verification check on my payment method

Hello,

I'm trying to start my Office E3 trial but I keep getting this message when going to Start Trial:

Please try again in a few minutes. We are unable to complete the verification check on your payment method at this time.

If the problem doesn't go away, please submit a Service Request.

I tried calling the support but didn't get to speaking to anyone but pre-recordered auto-replies.

I have tried using a different card as my payment method, cleaning cookies, switching browsers and networks -- nothing worked. I can see there have been people with similar issues but unsure how they were solved. Could anyone please suggest an answer?

Thanks!

Kind wishes,

Kira

    Just beyond the ridiculous

So far tried the following different cards, creating new billing accounts, creating new accounts and adding billing.

Opened a support ticket just get try now , try now

In my case an MS partner who has a corporation wanting to buy services the idea was to demo to them Windows365 and then they wanted to buy 700 seat license, I've spent around 2 days trying everything, now lost client and they've given up with the idea of Windows365, all because MS billing team cant get their act together.

    Dear Kira Kriukova

    Thanks for your reply.

For this, this error is generally just created an account, the company information is still being verified. For his, you need to contact billing support team to provide company information - name, address, phone, email, etc. After do a verification, this can be unlocked. For contacting, please refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.

Hope this can help. If there is any update, please feel free to let me know. Your patience is highly appreciated.

    Sincerely,

    Hi Katherine,

Thanks for the answer! Unfortunately, this didn't work: I cleared the cache and tried it in Private mode but still got the same message... Same with the article, just doesn't seem to be fixing it. Is there any other way you know of?

    Thanks!

    Kind wishes,

    Kira
