Unable to complete the verification check on my payment method

Hello,

I'm trying to start my Office E3 trial but I keep getting this message when going to Start Trial:

Please try again in a few minutes. We are unable to complete the verification check on your payment method at this time.

If the problem doesn't go away, please submit a Service Request.

I tried calling the support but didn't get to speaking to anyone but pre-recordered auto-replies.

I have tried using a different card as my payment method, cleaning cookies, switching browsers and networks -- nothing worked. I can see there have been people with similar issues but unsure how they were solved. Could anyone please suggest an answer?

    Try making the purchase on your phone, it worked for me. I tried every browser on PC, clear cache, cookies, restart, nothing worked.

    On a whim, I tried using the safari browser on my iphone and it worked. Worth a try, good luck.

    Had tried Firefox, Edge, added new payment method, etc. No luck. Using my phone (android) worked on the first try, thank you for the suggestion Jon!

    the tenant is the tenant id associated with your Microsoft entra ID in azure I think.

    This worked for me too! I just installed Edge on macOS (as a reference) and it worked immediately. Thanks for the tip!

    I am getting this problem now as well and haven't found any solutions. I need new licenses for my customers. I have contacted support but it's been unfruitful. I don't know what else to do.

    Hi Daniel,

    I don't see that option to add associated billing tenant

    I'm already logged on on the admin account
