Hi I am unable to change text size while using templates - it’s tiny!! I have option to nbold or underline but there is no place on bottom or floating toolbars that offers this - can anyone advise.

I, too, have the same problem, and resizing does NOT change the size of the text. Zooming in that far to read the text is not an appropriate solution when the problem can be fixed by adding a text edit toolbar.
We've just cancelled Miro thinking Whiteboard would work, but it's just too limited. Not being able to change the font size is frustrating.
What about rotating text, since we can't change the size of it. Then I can fit things along a timeline.
I think that the question is how to change font size in a shape (i.e. a box), not in a text box per se.
Agreed. It makes the product much less usable than that of competitors
Same problem for me as well. First time using this. Unsure why MS seems to restrict functionality in it's ancillary apps when you would expect the same maturity and user experience as Word for example.
