This might help someone. When I made a text box, my text wrapped on to the next line. If you drag the corner box to resize, the whole box and text resizes together, and the long word wraps on to the next line still.

However! After far too long, I discovered that you can resize the box independently of the text by dragging the sides to increase width and height individually. So now, you can resize the text using the corners, then resize the box, keeping the same sized text by dragging the sides!

I figured if you keep pressing the enter, the text size will shrink, you can adjust the size of the note and press enter to adjust the text size accordingly, though you can't change the text to different size within one note, indeed frustrating.

I found the solution. You just need to press both shift and up bottoms at the same time in order to reduce or increment the size of the text that you want to edit.

Yes, thank you. This workaround has been mentioned in the thread a few times. Hopefully MS can add better functionality so text size in a shape can be sized from the start, so we don't have to add text box or do other workarounds.

Found It !

Just leave the text inside the shapes empty and just add a text box (T sign next to other buttons).

Textbox's text size changes with resizing it.

It's not embed inside the shape, but it will do the job ;)
